After positioning and orienting your model, click the Set Starting View button located in the top-center of the editor while in Edit Mode. This action saves the default position and orientation, as well as sets the thumbnail preview for your model, which will be visible on Nira or when embedded elsewhere. You can modify this starting view anytime if needed.
- Edit Mode
- Adjust the zoom, pan, and rotation of your 3D camera view until you achieved a default view that you’d like your viewers to see when loading the model.
- It is recommended to click on the surface of your model to set the camera's pivot point. Alternatively, you can adjust the rotation and panning of your 3D view to position the pivot point at the center of your scene, even if there is no specific surface available to click on.
- Click Set Starting View to save the camera pivot point and position and orientation of the camera.
