A: Yes, your existing Nira account has been automatically reactivated, so there is no need to sign up for Nira again. Simply sign in to your existing Nira account and follow our 3DF Zephyr export guide to upload your entries for 2023. If you don't remember what your Nira URL is, search your inbox for messages from contact@nira.app and notification@nira.app. You should find your account welcome message and upload notification messages referencing your Nira URL. The Nira URL will look something like https://EXAMPLE.nira.app. To sign in, visit this URL and type your email address and password. If you don't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link.

A: Sure. If you're a customer with a Core or Business plan, we would suggest configuring your entries as Public Gallery assets, since all Nira plans include up to 5 public gallery assets.
