Is it possible for me or my clients to download files from Nira?

Plan Availability:

The photo download feature is only available with a Professional plan, an Enterprise plan, or during a Trial.

Currently, the only data available for download by you or your clients is limited to photos. This option is disabled by default but can be enabled in the Share... options window.

Allow Photo Download is off by default

When the Allow Photo Download option is turned on, a Download button will be available near the top of the page when you're viewing a photo:

Photos may only be downloaded one at a time. A batch download capability is not currently available.

Nira is built as an ultra-secure platform, and we have purposely implemented extensive measures to prevent anyone with access to the viewer or editor from downloading 3D model or texture data.  In the future, we may introduce an option to enable the downloading of source files.  For now, please use another file-sharing service to provide download access to the source data files.  Your clients can choose to upload the same data to their Nira account if they wish to have full control over it.
