Enterprise plans include the ability to download all uploaded and generated data from Nira, including original source files, annotations, and annotated photos. Keep in mind that Nira is designed as an ultra-secure platform, and we have intentionally implemented extensive safeguards to prevent viewers from downloading 3D model data. Only Admins, Team Members, and users who have been explicitly granted access to source files are able to download that content. In addition, Nira also supports downloading individual photos, with more details provided below.
Plan Availability:
The photo download feature is only available with a Professional plan, an Enterprise plan, or during a Trial.
When enabled by an Admin or Team Member (it is off by default), viewers of an asset can download individual photos. This setting can be turned on in the “Share...” options window.
Allow Photo Download is off by default
When the Allow Photo Download option is enabled, a Download button will be available near the top of the page when you're viewing a photo:
Photos may only be downloaded one at a time. A batch download option is available with Enterprise plans.
Feel free to click the Follow button to get notifications when the feature becomes available.
