Changing your billing cycle from monthly to annual is a manual process.

- Provide your Nira org URL
- Let us know that you would like to switch your billing cycle from monthly to annual.
We will take care of everything to update your billing cycle. Once the change is processed, we will confirm its completion with you.
Important note:
We will process the change using the billing method we have on file. If you need to update your billing information, please do so before requesting the change.
