We'd hate to see you go, but we understand if Nira isn't the right fit for you at this time. Before you cancel, or even after you cancel, we would greatly appreciate your feedback to help us address any areas of concern.
If you're ready to cancel, start by logging into your account, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen (hamburger menu), and then click on the Billing button in the left sidebar. The link to cancel your plan will labeled "click here" (see screenshot below).
Once you click on the link to cancel, a modal dialog will appear as shown below. It gives an overview of when your current billing cycle is ending and what happens after the cancellation. We'd greatly appreciate it if you could provide a reason as to why you are canceling.
