Your Gallery asset allowance is set per organization, and most legacy Core and Business accounts have 20. When you reach the limit, the dialog that appears states your account's exact allowance. Purchasing additional Gallery capacity is available only when it has been enabled for your account. For more information, see What is a Public Gallery asset?
