Understanding plan costs if you have an existing asset library

If you built a substantial asset library during your trial or Early Access phase, you may receive this message when subscribing to a Core or Business plan:

What does this mean?

After subscribing to Core or Business, you'll need to pick a usage type for each of your assets, defining each asset as as either Premium or Gallery depending upon your needs. During this process, you may need to add more Premium asset capacity than your Core or Business plan includes, which will cause the eventual monthly or yearly cost of your plan to be more than the amount that you paid during the initial checkout.

After reading How to pick a usage type for your asset, you should have a better understanding of how many Premium assets you will need. This should allow you to get a reasonable estimate of your monthly or yearly costs. If you'd like assistance migrating to a new plan, or understanding what your costs will be, don't hesitate to contact us -- We can create a custom invoice and perform a bulk configuration of your assets on our end to ease this process.
